We originally designed this one for the boys but some girls also prefer this private little hideaway. This compact little club house provides ample play room while fitting easily into the smallest of yard spaces, yet it still has room to accommodate a tall adult.

The model shown is 6'W x 6'D x 6'H. It features a weather-resistant dutch door, 4 working screened safety glass windows and shutters, and painted stars and your child's name on the exterior. The interior is finished in painted luan and the exterior is available in your choice of 3 colors. The floor is covered in a wood plank linoleum and the roof is constructed of weather resistant LP SmartSide wood.
Other sizes and a variety of upgrade options are available.
Delivery & Assembly
Folk Art Playhouses will deliver and assemble your playhouse for you. If you are within a 40 mile radius of Sherman Oaks, California, delivery and assembly are included in our price. For locations outside of that range, additional charges apply. Contact us for details.
