The configuration shown is 8'W x 6'D x 7'H. It features five screened working safety glass windows and shutters, 2 window boxes and a dormer. It also shows a 6'W x 2'D porch, which is available as an upgrade. The interior is finished in painted luan and the exterior is available in your choice of 3 colors.The floor is covered in a wood plank linoleum and the roof is finished in asphalt shingle.

This playhouse was originally designed by a grandmother of 6 little girls. She asked us to duplicate a house that she saw in a magazine and include some of our custom features.
Delivery & Assembly
Folk Art Playhouses will deliver and assemble your playhouse for you. If you are within a 40 mile radius of Sherman Oaks, California, delivery and assembly are included in our price. For locations outside of that range, additional charges apply. Contact us for details.
