Your young cowboys and cowgirls can fantasize and play in a simpler time, where the good guys wore white and the bad guys wore black, and it always seemed so easy to tell the difference between the two.

This model is 6'W x 8'D x 8'H. The rustic styling includes a tin roof, exterior loft and ladder, a front porch with a hitching rail, and wooden shutters over 4 working glass safety windows. The interior is natural luan with a wood plank linoleum floor. Your child's name will replace the name "Sam" on the sign.

Delivery & Assembly
Folk Art Playhouses will deliver and assemble your playhouse for you. If you are within a 40 mile radius of Sherman Oaks, California, delivery and assembly are included in our price. For locations outside of that range, additional charges apply. Contact us for details.
