The base configuration is 6'W x 11'D x 11'H. It features 4 working screened safety glass windows with shutters, a window box and a 6'W x 2'D covered porch. The interior is finished in painted luan and the exterior is available in your choice of 3 colors.The floor is covered in a wood plank linoleum and the roof is finished in asphalt shingle. Shown here with optional oversized door.

Folk Art Playhouses will deliver and assemble your playhouse for you. If you are within a 40 mile radius of Sherman Oaks, California, delivery and assembly are included in our price. For locations outside of that range, additional charges apply. Contact us for details.
